About Beyond the Moment Photography
Beyond the Moment was began when a friend asked for photographs to be taken to help with a loss. The true power of photography to incite emotions was realized and Beyond the Moment was formed.
Beyond the Moment is a team made up of husband and wife Eric and Katrina Sollenberger, and Kristin Kauffman.
Each BTM photographer has their own specialty.
Katrina's specialty is children and families both on location and in the studio.

Katrina captures the best in people with her photography. Katrina can come home from an on-location shoot with a client, and I can absolutely see the emotion that was present during her time with them. It is not surprising that so many of our clients with small children end up crying then they see what Katrina has done for them.
Katrina's demeaner and attitude toward everyone makes her instantly likeable - she makes friend quickly, and they are everlasting.
Eric's speciality is fine art, stills and product shooting.

Eric's mind never ceases to amaze me. Balancing his artful right brain and detailed left brain, he is the perfect balance that keeps our team running smoothly and with such confident ease. I am amazed with the way Eric sees small details in flowers and table settings and is able to caputre those details. I have seen him photograph the inscription on the inside of a wedding band. Eric's presense at a wedding is a calming force that makes everyone take a deep breath and say, "everything will be ok now... Eric is here". I am honored to share my love of photography with not only my husband, but my best friend.
Kristin's specialty is in studio children and families and product shooting.

Kristin is such a blessing to both Katrina & I - she has great vision for shots and boundless passion for her art.. We both love to just let her loose to see what she can come up with. Kristin's studio work is absolutely top-shelf.

To echo Eric, KK is such a blessing to us! As a strong member of our creative team, Kristin has shared her knowledge in the area of studio work and the use of lighting. She has an excellent way of connecting with everyone she photographs- including pets! She is a quiet observer who doesn't miss a beat. I have seen her grow over the past year and am excited as I look forward to the year ahead.
Together, the team works weddings, each adding their own artistic feel to the photography.
